• Partner directly with executive leadership and influence key financial decisions.
• Play a visible role in scaling the finance function and strengthening financial infrastructure.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives across accounting and operations.
• Serve as a key stakeholder in Net Suite optimization and ERP enhancement efforts.
• Contribute to inventory, costing, and manufacturing‑related financial operations.

• Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide reporting insights.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
• Champion Net Suite utilization, optimization, and process improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve financial workflows.
• Support ERP integrations, system enhancements, and EDI‑related initiatives.
• Analyze inventory transactions, costing methodologies, and inventory variances.
• Monitor cost of goods sold, inventory movement, and manufacturing‑related financial activity.
• Partner with operations and warehouse teams to strengthen inventory controls and reporting.
• Support acquisition integrations, special projects, and growth initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience managing month‑end close processes and account reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience supporting general ledger accounting and financial analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Net Suite ERP experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience.
• Cost accounting and inventory accounting experience.
• CPA designation or active CPA‑track status.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or system optimization projects.
• Experience with EDI systems and related technologies.
• Background in food manufacturing, consumer products, or distribution environments.
