FRONT/BACK OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

Lafayette, LA
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an exceptionally polished Front/Back Office Receptionist to join our team in a highly professional business environment. This position serves as the face of our organization and requires a candidate who embodies professionalism in every aspect-from appearance and demeanor to communication and work ethic. As the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, you will represent our commitment to excellence while providing critical administrative and financial support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and manage all incoming calls efficiently

• Schedule appointments for new and existing clients

• Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate records

• Process client money transfers and financial transactions as needed

• Prepare materials and documentation for client meetings

• Utilize our CRM system to track client interactions and maintain databases

• Assist in resolving client issues and concerns promptly

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Impeccable professional presentation and demeanor at all times

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with high-level clients

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and office software

• Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with precision

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proper business etiquette

Proven track record of discretion, integrity, and professional conduct

• Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive financial transactions

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

• Professional appearance that reflects our company standards

• Prior experience in a professional office environment strongly preferred
