This role supports daily business operations, coordinates administrative tasks, and helps teams stay productive in a professional office environment.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree preferred
- One to two years of administrative, customer service, insurance‑verification, medical‑office, or related experience preferred
- Experience working in a high‑volume, production‑driven environment preferred
- Strong data‑entry skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer‑based systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet established deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare processes, or insurance verification is a plus
- Ability to meet daily productivity, quality, and performance expectations
- Perform high-volume data entry accurately and efficiently
- Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage information
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Process confidential customer and account information
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on missing or incomplete information
- Maintain accurate records in company systems and databases
- Protect confidential customer and healthcare information
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Help ensure information is processed on time
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
