Duties include, but not limited to:
Answering multiline phone system, addressing any questions and forwarding calls as needed.
Greeting incoming quest, answering questions, determining purpose for the visit and acting accordingly.
Keeping the front office pleasant and tidy throughout the workday.
Working payroll through quick books for a small office.
Performing billing functions in Clio legal software.
Requirements:1 year of front office experience answering a multiline phone system.
Experience working with office technology such as emails, computers, and copiers.
Working knowledge of quick books and Clio legal software.
Must present a professional demeanor in all business interactions.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
