Commercial Specialist, ELDP

Program Overview

The Commercial ELDP is a rotational program designed for new college graduates to develop future leaders in our commercial organization. Over the course of multiple rotations, the ELDP will gain hands‑on experience across Customer Experience, Commercial Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, building a strong foundation of cross‑functional knowledge and leadership skills.

• Participate in structured rotations to gain exposure to core commercial functions, doing actual jobs in the rotation
• Support projects that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver measurable results.
• Develop strategic, analytical, and communication skills through project execution and leadership exposure.
• Engage in mentorship, training, and professional development activities throughout the program.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in commercial functions.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
