Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Certification:
    Active Microsoft Project Management a MUST
Experience Requirements
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.

  • 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within a related industry – Helicopter MRO a big plus (e.g., construction, IT, engineering).
  • Strong verbal and written communication, sharp attention to detail, and proven problem‑solving abilities under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, customer‑focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
  • Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Microsoft Project Planner.
