The Construction Foremanis responsibleforthecompletionof project-specific tasks. This Foremanmustexercise leadership skills to oversee tradesmen needed to complete project related tasks, ensure thattheirteamisworkingsafelyand efficiently, and address anyjobsiteconcerns.

The Foremanwillalsoberesponsibleforcommunicatingprojectprogressto supervisors and ensuringasafeworkenvironment.

• Familiar with Construction Documents

• Ensuremanpowerandresourcesareadequate.
• Utilizelightconstructionmachineryandequipmenttofacilitatecompletionofthe project.

• 1to5yearsofcommercialconstructionexperience.
• Demonstratedabilitytoworkwellinacollaborativeandteamenvironment.
• Exceptionalcommunicationskills(written,verbalandpresentation),Bilingualisaplus.
• Experienceoperatingskidsteersandforklifts.
• Proven success in providing leadership by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adheringtotheirresponsibilitiesandprojectmilestones

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening & job-related physical exam.

• Must have reliable transportation.
