Heavy Civil Superintendent

Siema Construction is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily jobsite operations
• Manage crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and schedules
• Lead daily huddles and promote a strong safety culture
• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and costs
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and field teams
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues and delays
• Maintain required field documentation and production tracking
• Coach and develop Foremen and field employees
• Lead by example and uphold Siema’s values of Safety, Integrity, Excellence, Motivation, and Accountability

• 5+ years of commercial concrete, site work, and/or heavy highway leadership experience preferred
• Experience managing heavy civil construction, including concrete, earthwork, and utilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, safety, quality, and layout
• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and meet the physical demands of the position
