As a Spa Coordinator
, you are the first and last impression for each guest who enters the spa, delivering a memorable and enjoyable experience that reflects the Woodhouse brand. Your role supports the spa manager, therapists, and guests to ensure service excellence.
- Serve as a steward of the Woodhouse brand and maintain brand standards.
- Provide primary support for the spa manager, therapists, and guests.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, provide service recommendations, and collect payments.
- Partner with therapists to increase guest retention and retail sales by scheduling future appointments during checkout and promoting recommended products.
- Educate guests on the entire Woodhouse experience, including warm welcomes, locker room introductions, and seamless service.
- Drive service and retail sales awareness by educating guests about products and services.
- Keep track of small details that personalize the experience, such as a guest’s favorite drink or special occasions.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and work cooperatively with team members and managers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Be available to work weekends and holidays, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Offer customized massage services and luxurious body treatments within the spa environment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitized environment for guests and staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to pivot and navigate change management.
- Comfortable interacting with guests in a spa setting.
- Leadership experience in a similar front‑office operation.
- Comfort with driving company sales goals and initiatives.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Computer proficiency.
- Previous customer service and telephone reservations experience.
- Basic accounting skills for daily closing procedures.
- Ability to stand and bend over for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Paid continuing education and licensure support.
