Lofton Staffing is seeking detail-oriented Account Advisors to join our member services team. You'll be the trusted voice helping members navigate healthcare benefits, enrollment and billing inquiries with professionalism and care!

• Portal updates and navigation
• Portal registration
• Enrollment & Benefits
• processes / general member support
• Assist members with open enrollment processes
• Research and resolve billing and healthcare claim inquiries from members and providers
• Verify benefits application and payment accuracy across multiple systems
• Process adjustments, refunds, edits, and payment corrections
• Ensure member and provider satisfaction through thorough, accurate service
• Stay current with company policies, healthcare regulations, and system updates

• Louisiana residents only
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year medical/healthcare customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  
  Candidates must have a stable broadband internet connection:
  • Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speeds
  • Satellite and cellular internet are not supported
  • Preferred providers include AT&T, Cox (non‑basic), Xfinity, Spectrum, REV, etc.

• Previous call center experience
• Knowledge of healthcare benefits or claims processing
• Proficiency with multiple computer systems
