The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service (2+ preferred), strong communication, problem-solving, data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
In-office schedule Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotating Saturdays; starting at $15.00 per hour plus
