Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from clients with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and updates.
  • Process policy endorsements and renewals accurately.
  • Provide quotes for new business and assist with application completion.
  • Help clients understand their coverage and answer questions about their policies, premiums, billing, payments.
  • Maintain client records in our agency management system with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with agents to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or insurance experience is a plus, but we re willing to train the right person.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
