This is an excellent role for a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to grow into project management, account management, operations, or sales leadership.

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but you'll become the central point of coordination between our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate customer onboarding after the sale
• Schedule training, deliveries, and customer meetings
• Keep customers informed throughout their project
• Answer Tier 1 customer questions and route technical issues to the appropriate team
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Operations, and Service
• Track customer projects to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer communications
• Assist with warranty claims, service requests, and parts coordination
• Help prepare quotes, documentation, and customer materials
• Support dealer partners and internal teams as needed

• Comfortable learning new software and technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer service, hospitality, retail leadership, project coordination, operations, or administrative experience is a plus
• Experience with CRM software (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.) is helpful but not required
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency
