As a Student Success Advisor at Tricoci University, you will be instrumental in guiding students through their educational experiences. Your role will involve building relationships with students, providing essential support, and ensuring they have access to the resources needed to achieve their academic and career goals.

• Establish and maintain supportive relationships with students, promoting a positive learning environment.
• Offer personalized academic advising and career guidance based on individual student needs.
• Track student attendance and academic progress, identifying at-risk students for timely intervention.
• Assist students in utilizing campus resources and support services effectively.
• Collaborate with faculty to create strategies for the support and success of struggling students.
• Conduct orientation sessions and workshops to inform students about available resources.
• Document student interactions and monitor progress toward educational goals.
• Coordinate student engagement activities that foster community and connectivity among students.

• Experience in student advising, coaching, or similar roles, preferably in education or the beauty industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Understanding of the academic challenges students may face and methods to support their success.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff to enhance student experiences.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A passion for student advocacy and a commitment to the beauty industry.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $50,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
