Responsibilities
- Technical product selection and documentation based on customer processing conditions.
- Use provided software for sizing and selection of products based off of published flow curves (Cv), torques, processing conditions, IEC valve equations, and bulletins.
- Expand technical knowledge daily.
- Troubleshoot customer applications and products.
- Quote customers promptly, including product selection, lead-time, and pricing.
- Work closely with and support the JHC product manufactures.
- Attend and participate in required trainings.
- Participate in after-hours and weekend 'On-Call' rotation.
- Perform under pressure, multi-task, and manage interruptions.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship/assistance at this time.
