We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead mine planning, engineering operations, and project execution for a major underground mining operation. If you have strong experience in ground control, ventilation, hoisting systems, and large-scale project leadership, this role offers the chance to make a major impact.
What You'll Do:
- Lead mine design & engineering projects
- Oversee engineering team and technical operations
- Drive improvements in safety, reliability & production
- Manage multi-million dollar capital projects
- Provide technical expertise in ventilation, rock mechanics, and hoisting
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mining Engineering preferred)
- 7+ years underground mining experience
- Engineering leadership and project management
- Strong technical depth across mine systems
