Project Manager - Shipbuilding

Founded in the 2000s, we are a leading manufacturer of high-performance marine vessels built and used by military, law enforcement, fire rescue, and commercial customers.

We are seeking a PM to lead and deliver shipbuilding projects from concept through delivery and commissioning. This person will manage multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, procurement, regulatory compliance, and client communications to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget completion of newbuilds, conversions, and refits. They will act as the primary interface with shipyards, class societies and stakeholders to maintain quality, risk control and operational readiness throughout the vessel lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain integrated project schedules and plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Serve as the main point of contact for project execution and delivery
• Track progress against schedule, cost, scope, and quality goals
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans
• Provide regular project status reporting to leadership
• Support continuous improvement of project execution and processes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in project management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of project scheduling dependencies and performance tracking
• Ability to interpret technical documentation such as drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Proficiency with common project planning and collaboration tools
• Excellent organization communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience managing projects involving complex manufactured or engineered systems
• Exposure to the production supply chain or regulated environments
• Experience with enterprise planning or resource management tools
