Civil Engineer

We're looking for a licensed Civil Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in site design and land development to join our team as a project manager and engineer of record. You'll own projects from kickoff through construction administration, work directly with clients and agencies, and play a meaningful role in the growth of the firm.

• Lead and produce civil site design packages including grading, drainage, paving, water, and sewer utilities
• Manage permitting coordination with local and state agencies (DOTD, LDH, parish and municipal planning, etc.)
• Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned projects
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and subconsultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor junior staff and EITs

• Louisiana PE license (required)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in civil site design and land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong working knowledge of grading, drainage, paving, and utility design
• Experience navigating local and state permitting processes in Louisiana is a plus
• A communicator with clients, with the team, and with agencies
• Someone who respects the schedule and takes ownership of their work

Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
