• The Environmental Operations Specialist at CKM INDUSTRIES INC is responsible for managing and improving the environmental performance of the company. This role involves ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, implementing sustainable practices, and promoting environmental awareness within the organization.

• Develop and implement environmental policies and practices to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to environmental standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainable practices and reduce the company's environmental footprint.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental legislation and industry best practices.
• Lead initiatives to increase environmental awareness and engagement among employees, fostering a culture of sustainability.
• Manage environmental projects, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation programs.
• Provide training and support to staff on environmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Prepare and submit environmental reports and documentation as required by regulatory bodies.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental operations or management.
• Proven track record in implementing environmental compliance programs.
• Experience with environmental monitoring and reporting.
• Familiarity with waste management and sustainability practices.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess environmental data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Proficiency in using environmental management software and tools.
