Job Description ABOUT ACCEL ENTERTAINMENT/Toucan Gaming (LA)

Accel Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: ACEL) is a growing provider of locals‑focused gaming and one of the largest terminal operators in the United States, supporting more than 27,000 electronic gaming terminals in over 4,300 third‑party local and regional establishments and 20 self‑owned gaming locations across ten states. SUMMARY

The primary responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner (LA) include but are not limited to aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while supporting organizational needs. The role encompasses key areas such as talent management, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for building effective relationships and fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and professional growth.

  • Collaborates with fellow HR Business Partners to ensure consistency in practice and to support alignment of employees with overall business objectives.
  • Aligns employees with business goals by partnering with leaders to develop strategies that drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Enhances employee performance by evaluating performance reviews and job descriptions, and by collaborating with the compensation team to recommend increases that reflect both individual contributions and market competitiveness.
  • Supports employee development through coaching, identifying learning opportunities, and recommending career development strategies.
