Responsibilities- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication, active listening and effective problem‑solving.
- Collaborate with your team to share best practices and improve processes.
- Learn to analyze clients’ financial needs, develop and implement balanced financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the financial industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field
- Currently possess or can possess your Life & Health Insurance licenses immediately, followed by SIE
- Possess or desire to possess FINRA Series 7 & 66 (we support you!)
- A passion for building relationships
- Market development/networking abilities
- Previous customer service focus in any role you’ve held
