Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication, active listening and effective problem‑solving.
  • Collaborate with your team to share best practices and improve processes.
  • Learn to analyze clients’ financial needs, develop and implement balanced financial strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the financial industry.
Desired Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Currently possess or can possess your Life & Health Insurance licenses immediately, followed by SIE
  • Possess or desire to possess FINRA Series 7 & 66 (we support you!)
  • A passion for building relationships
  • Market development/networking abilities
  • Previous customer service focus in any role you’ve held
