Operations, PE Analyst

Position Overview

This role is responsible for compiling, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data about processes and results to support and enhance business performance & ensure the current and future profitability of our customer contracts. This position requires a thorough understanding of financial and accounting principles. Ability to collaborate well with others, focus on continuous improvement, and a strong desire to analyze, investigate, and resolve issues based on root cause analysis.

A strong critical thinking mindset and being self‑motivated to manage risk and maximize opportunities for the business are key success factors.

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to the CFO for the businesses
• Support and manage bid processes through data collection, analysis, and reporting, while coordinating with the other departments involved in the bid and pricing processes
• Produce reports which include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis
• Assist in identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
• Develop models that help with decision‑making
• Report directly to the CFO of PHI Americas and work closely with the Chairman of the Board and CEO
• Perform other duties as requested
• Understand and provide visible support of Destination Zero

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics or similar required
• 0 to 2 years as a Finance/Business Analyst preferred
• Computer skills (MS Office) – Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done
