In-House Accountant

As In-House Accountant, you will assume overarching responsibility for managing and optimizing the company’s financial operations. The scope of your duties includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Accounts Receivable:
  Ensuring the timely and accurate generation of invoices and the collection of payments.
• Accounts Payable:
  Overseeing vendor payment processes, ensuring the maintenance of accurate and compliant records.
• Invoicing Oversight:
  Managing the invoicing control center to guarantee procedural accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Laboratory Fee Management:
  Aligning lab fee structures with prevailing market norms and internal policy frameworks.
• Product Profit Margins:
  Monitoring and ensuring optimal profit margins for products, including Vortex regulate products, Zirconia, Titanium Premills, and Arch profit centers.
• Bonus Administration:
  Managing employee bonus systems to ensure compliance with established organizational policies.
• Payroll Management:
  Guaranteeing the timely and precise execution of payroll for all employees.
• Employee Benefits Oversight:
  Administering insurance and benefit programs, encompassing health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
• Operational Expenditures:
  Managing rent payments and laboratory insurance coverage.
• Corporate Account Invoicing:
  Overseeing invoicing protocols for corporate accounts associated with Vortex.
• Account Reconciliation:
  Balancing and reconciling checking accounts for both the laboratory and 425 Settlers Trace.
• Strategic Investment Review:
  Evaluating potential investments to facilitate growth, including the recruitment of personnel and acquisition of cutting-edge machinery or printers.
• Productivity Analysis:
  Collaborating with Frank Frost to generate productivity insights via Lab Star software.
• Financial Forecasting:
  Conducting comprehensive analyses of historical financial performance and projecting future trends to inform strategic planning.
