As In-House Accountant, you will assume overarching responsibility for managing and optimizing the company’s financial operations.
The scope of your duties includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Accounts Receivable:
Ensuring the timely and accurate generation of invoices and the collection of payments.
2. Accounts Payable:
Overseeing vendor payment processes, ensuring the maintenance of accurate and compliant records.
3. Invoicing Oversight:
Managing the invoicing control center to guarantee procedural accuracy and regulatory adherence.
4. Laboratory Fee Management:
Aligning lab fee structures with prevailing market norms and internal policy frameworks.
5. Product Profit Margins:
Monitoring and ensuring optimal profit margins for products, including Vortex regulate products, Zirconia, Titanium Premills, and Arch profit centers.
6. Bonus Administration:
Managing employee bonus systems to ensure compliance with established organizational policies.
7. Payroll Management:
Guaranteeing the timely and precise execution of payroll for all employees.
8. Employee Benefits Oversight:
Administering insurance and benefit programs, encompassing health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
9. Operational Expenditures:
Managing rent payments and laboratory insurance coverage.
10. Corporate Account Invoicing:
Overseeing invoicing protocols for corporate accounts associated with Vortex.
11. Account Reconciliation:
Balancing and reconciling checking accounts for both the laboratory and 425 Settlers Trace.
12. Strategic Investment Review:
Evaluating potential investments to facilitate growth, including the recruitment of personnel and acquisition of cutting-edge machinery or printers.
13. Productivity Analysis:
Collaborating with Frank Frost to generate productivity insights via Lab Star software.
14. Financial Forecasting:
Conducting comprehensive analyses of historical financial performance and projecting future trends to inform strategic planning.
