Harmer Associates has partnered with a privately held transport company seeking to hire for position of Senior Manager, FP&A.
- Location:
Lafayette, Louisiana (relocation assistance available) - Work Model:
Onsite
This is a critical role for the organization responsible for leading business and operational FP&A for the business unit. This role owns end-to-end budgeting process as primary focus.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- MBA and/or CPA considered a plus
- 8-10 years of experience with minimum 2 years in key financial management roles
- Experience in a senior level finance role,
partnering with operations management at multiple levels - Experience implementing financial management strategies
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
- Experience in finance and accounting systems (e.g. ERP, Hyperion, One Stream)
- Manufacturing or similar type industry experience
