Location: Lafayette, LA
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift

Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 3-5 years of revenue cycle management experience required.
- Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, managed care, transportation brokerage, or a related field preferred.
- Previous supervisory or management experience required.
- Oversee the full revenue cycle process from service completion through payment collection.
- Manage billing, collections, accounts receivable, and reimbursement activities.
- Ensure timely submission of claims and invoices to Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and other payors.
- Monitor payment trends and identify opportunities to improve revenue performance.
- Review aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables.
- Prepare and analyze revenue cycle reports, KPIs, and reimbursement metrics.
- Reconcile payments and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue projections.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies.
- Investigate billing discrepancies, denials, over payments, and underpayments.
- Collaborate with finance, compliance, quality assurance, and operational teams to maintain revenue integrity.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Ability to analyze detailed financial and billing information accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional lifting of office materials up to 20 pounds.
