One Source is working with an established industrial services client in the Lafayette, LA area on a FP&A Manager opportunity.
The role works directly with the CFO and manages the FP&A process for the organization. The key responsibilities include forecasting, financial modeling, P&L reporting, financial metrics tracking, M&A analysis, preparing reports for the Board and ownership of the budget process. The FP&A Manager will work across department lines and will be a key link between operations and finance.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance – MBA and/or CPA designation preferred
- 8+ years experience in business administration, finance and accounting or operational roles
- 4+ years in financial management role
- In-depth experience/knowledge in budgeting and implementing financial strategies
- Proficiency in robust ERP systems and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical skills
