We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will provide professional skin‑care treatments to clients, helping them achieve their skincare goals and enhancing their overall well‑being.

• Act as a steward of the Woodhouse brand.
• Perform exemplary services based on Woodhouse protocols.
• Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area according to State Board regulations.
• Utilize salon software to schedule appointments and manage client information.

• Local clientele a plus.
• Knowledge of different esthetic treatments and techniques, both holistic and clinical.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education to stay at the top of the profession.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Regular and consistent attendance required.
• Ability to work well with other team members, managers, and interact with guests.

• Must have a state license.
• Luxury spa experience preferred.
• Three years of licensed esthetician experience preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to educate guests, offer solutions, and recommend home‑care options.

Part‑Time or Full‑Time. Various shifts – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Exercise good judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge.
• Basic mathematical skills for product measurement.
• Must be able to sit, bend over for most of the day, lift up to 35 lbs., and perform multiple services during shift.
