AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital – Lafayette is seeking
PTA (PTA) for a twelve week period. The PTA is responsible for administering physical therapy treatment interventions guided by a plan of care established by a Physical Therapist and as ordered by a Physician. Physical Therapist Assistant participates with a Physical Therapist in developing treatment programs for therapy patients.This is a temporary twelve week position which requires one weekend shift per month.

- Associates Degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant school.
- Maintains a current Louisiana State PTA License
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Additional languages are desirable.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Lafayette Physical Rehabilitation Hospital (LPRH) is a state of the art, free-standing, thirty-two-bed specialty hospital located in the heart of Lafayette, LA. We provide inpatient rehabilitation services. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
