A chemical solutions company is seeking a Senior HR Generalist in Lafayette, LA. This role involves supporting core HR functions, employee relations, compliance, and process improvement. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, 3–6+ years of experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position requires a valid driver's license and knowledge of HRIS systems. Some travel may be required.
