Human Resource Clerk

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and trustworthy Human Resources professional to oversee HR operations for two dealerships. This role requires a high level confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate and impeccable records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

• Manage all Human Resource functions for two dealerships
• Process and post weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Assist with on-boarding, employee documentation, and HR administration
• Perform general accounting duties
• Handle accounts receivable tasks
  
  Maintain organized and accurate financial and personnel records
• Ensure that all proper licensing and insurance requirements are met

• Previous experience in Human Resources preferred
• Experience processing payroll preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Proficient in accounting
