FMOL (Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady) – headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA – provides care through hospitals, clinics, physicians, elderly housing, and integrated information systems across Louisiana and Mississippi.
Job SummaryOur Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical in Lafayette, Louisiana is hiring three PC technicians on contract to support hardware deployments at new construction sites and clinics. Two of the positions are six‑month contracts and one is a three‑month contract.
Responsibilities- Deploy, replace, and install PCs, desktops, Dell laptops, phones, and other hardware.
- Image devices using SCCM, asset‑tagging, and decommissioning of old equipment.
- Support tier I help‑desk tickets, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Work with Active Directory to locate machines and manage OU associations.
- Assist with the Windows 11 upgrade, renovations at the Women’s and Children’s hospital, and new floor openings.
- Participate in a customer‑facing support team, handling diverse clinical environments such as patient rooms and operating rooms.
- Deployment, Troubleshooting, Desktop, Customer Service
- Active Directory, Imaging, Windows 10 / 11, Servicenow
- Printers, Thin Client Configuration, Asset Management, Office 365, Ticketing Systems
- Hardware – assembly, repair, and support of PCs, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer‑service orientation (Disney level).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple daily directions.
- Comfortable working in patient rooms and occasional operating rooms.
- Fast‑paced environment with numerous devices and basic assembly tools.

Job Type & LocationContract position based in Lafayette, LA (fully onsite).
