Join a dynamic organization as a Senior Director of IT Governance and Portfolio Operations, leading the strategic management of technology initiatives across the enterprise. In this pivotal role, you will develop and oversee governance frameworks that enable seamless planning, prioritization, and delivery of IT projects. You will manage portfolio intake processes, stage gate reviews, change control, and release management to ensure initiatives align with business goals and operational standards.

Collaborate with leadership to optimize financial governance related to IT capital and operational expenses, and champion transparency through standardized reporting. Lead a dedicated team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and collaboration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology strategies in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Top Requirements:

* Minimum of 10 years experience in IT program, portfolio, or governance leadership

* Proven expertise in portfolio governance, PMO leadership, or enterprise delivery oversight

* Healthcare industry experience preferred
