Digital Marketing, IT Consultant
The Digital Workforce Manager leads the Digital Workforce Team and is accountable for driving the cross‑functional adoption of the organization’s digital productivity and automation tools. This role provides strategic leadership, coordinates efforts across departments, and develops adoption strategies for technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and other AI‑ and automation‑enabling platforms.
Education- Required
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field - Preferred
- Master’s in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Required - 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation
- Preferred - 8 years of leadership in cross‑functional technology adoption programs in healthcare
- Defines the Digital Workforce strategy, creates and executes a 30‑60‑90 day implementation plan, and oversees a long‑term roadmap for technology adaptation.
- Partners with IS Operations, Enterprise Applications, data/analytics, compliance, and HR leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational priorities and capture stakeholder requirements.
- Develops communication plans, training strategies, and adoption metrics; leads change management initiatives that encourage the use of Copilot, Power Platform, and other digital productivity tools.
- Collaborates with M365 Platform Administrators and AI Solutions Engineers to ensure digital solutions adhere to governance policies (e.g., licensing, data security, ethical AI guidelines); leads periodic compliance reviews and implements governance automation efforts.
- Recruits, mentors, and evaluates Digital Enablement Engineers, AI Solutions Engineers, and Digital Workforce Analysts; creates development plans based on required skills (e.g., RPA methodology, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement).
- Acts as the primary liaison between the Digital Workforce team and operational leaders; conducts regular stakeholder updates and incorporates feedback into program planning.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Tasks are largely sedentary with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time with brief walking or standing periods. The role does not involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or emergency care. The incumbent may be exposed to hazardous medications or waste as part of routine tasks in a healthcare setting.
