Overview
FMOL (Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady) is a Baton Rouge‑headquartered organization that serves patients across Louisiana and Mississippi through a network of hospitals, clinics, physicians, elderly housing and integrated information systems. Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette, Louisiana, is hiring 3 PC technicians on contract to assist with hardware deployments at new construction sites, existing clinics, and during a Windows 11 upgrade and renovation of the Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
Responsibilities- Unbox, image, asset‑tag, decommission, and deploy PCs, desktops, laptops, thin clients, and mobile devices using SCCM and Servicenow.
- Provide tier‑I support tickets escalated from the Helpdesk, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in patient rooms, operating rooms, and front‑office areas.
- Configure and assemble wall cabinets, work‑stations on wheels (WOWs), printers, and thin clients.
- Lookup and manage machines in Active Directory, including organizational unit associations.
- Follow centralized processes for building laptops, desktops, and thin clients, and train team members as needed.
- Perform routine hardware installation, upgrades, and inventory tracking.

- Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Office 365 environments

Intermediate‑level experience with PC hardware, imaging tools, and Active Directory. Ability to work in patient rooms and occasionally in operating rooms. Strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a customer‑focused attitude. Comfortable with fast‑paced environments and handling multiple device deployments simultaneously. Willingness to learn and document procedures.

Pay and BenefitsHourly rate: $15.00 – $22.00/hr.
