Across Gulf of Mexico Coast
- A member of the construction leadership team reporting to the Bronco Energy Offshore Supervisor and acts as a liaison with customer representatives.
- Provides leadership in safe execution of work offshore and supervises a multi-skilled work crew including welders, fitters, crane operators, and riggers.
- Coordinates daily work tasks for the construction crew.
- Conducts and audits JSA’s and all other Safety, Health and Environmental Processes.
- Maintains adequate tool house inventory and materials management for the job scope.
- Extensive offshore construction experience with demonstrable experience in welding, fitting, or another offshore construction skilled trade.
- Must be able to pull measurements and create isometric drawings.
- Competence in supervising and leading others.
- Experienced in conducting job scopes and preparing pricing for customer preference.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products for reporting and correspondence.
