Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a “
Facilities Coordinator I” for Cash Magic—Lafayette Corporate Office . The Louisiana Cash Magic Truck Plaza & Casino incorporates 27 video gaming facilities situated throughout the state. Each site features a convenience store, fueling operations, a restaurant and up to 50 poker machines. The video gaming machines are in a separate gaming room that offers a casino-like atmosphere and provides the road weary traveler an exciting break from the highways.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain company vehicles including inventory, repairs, scheduled maintenance, washing and detailing
- Purchases supplies necessary to perform repairs and maintenance that are requested
- Performs minor and/or routine building maintenance and repairs
- Performs basic carpentry including cabinet building and furniture repair
- Provides preventative maintenance for heating and air-conditioning systems
- Makes basic repair to plumbing and electrical systems
- Completes minor remodeling projects upon request
- Ensures that roofs, rain gutters and drains are well maintained and in proper working order
- Control, track and inventory all company property and equipment relating to the Facilities department
- The ability to read, write and understand the English language
- Ability to read and understand instructions for operating electronic equipment
- Experience in a facilities department and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment required
