Overview
Sales Manager (Executive Level) — Full Time | Lafayette
Pay DOE
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a multi-state sales team across Louisiana and Texas
. This is a true executive leadership role not an individual contributor sales position.
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team across Louisiana & Texas
- Drive revenue growth and track performance metrics
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Oversee sales operations and team performance
- Travel across the Gulf Coast region as needed
- 5+ years of Sales Management experience
- Proven experience leading teams across multiple states
- Industrial / Oil & Gas background preferred
- Strong executive presence and leadership skills
- Monday – Friday
- Occasional weekends and travel required
- $80,000 – $90,000+ DOE
- Higher compensation available for the right candidate
