- Independently develop and execute large projects, including timeline, scope, budget, deliverables, and resource tracking, while managing risk and quality issues.
- Establish and enforce effective project communication plans.
- Coordinate communication with all stakeholders that impact scope, budget, schedule, risk, and resources.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring feasibility.
- Assemble project schedules with team assignments, monitor daily work efforts, and elevate timeline issues as necessary.
- Track key milestones and adjust plans and resources to meet stakeholder needs.
- Build effective teams and coordinate project members to keep the schedule on track; raise issues when present.
- Track project performance, analyzing completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Submit deliverables that meet quality and gate approval standards.
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables.
- Facilitate change requests, ensuring approval and alignment on scope, schedule, and budget impacts.
- Coordinate with third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- Participate in continuous review and update processes to meet PPMO needs.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Coach and mentor junior project managers.
- Participate in peer-to-peer reviews.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge and experience leveraging IT solutions and business process improvements.

- Mastery of waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
