• Primarily oversees operation of the following properties:
  Salty Acres, Pecan Island, Dixie Hunting Lease.
• Responsible for the maintenance of all equipment on the properties: ATV's, UTV's & Watercraft.
• Manages and coordinates construction projects, repairs and general maintenance with vendors.
• Responsible for the overall maintenance, cleaning and supply replenishment of all properties.
• Schedules preventative maintenance projects at appropriate intervals.
• Responsible for coordinating cattle and crop operations with the local farmers and ranchers.
• Responsible for controlling alligator population on Vie Med properties.
• Responsible for hunting blind management on Vie Med properties.
• Responsible for Chef duties and coordination of meals for hunting lodge events.
• Provides secondary support to the other Property Manager with additional duties.
• Provides secondary support to the Vie Med Facilities Manager when needed.
• Responsible for monthly shared calendar tasks with Management.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Company Vehicle , fuel card and expense account will be provided to perform job duties.
