B , an award-winning Louisiana-based creative marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our Product Delivery Team through strategic project leadership, workflow optimization and resource management. The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, multi-channel projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budget expectations while maintaining a high standard of quality and collaboration.

This role reports directly to the VP of Product Delivery and plays a key part in driving operational excellence across integrated creative marketing campaigns.
JobDuties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage integrated digital, creative and broadcast projects
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and workflows
- Collaborate with Account Service, Creative and Media teams
- Serve as a primary point of coordination between internal teams and stakeholders
- Anticipate project risks, identify challenges and implement solutions
- Manage schedules and track deliverables using Workamajig
- Monitor and optimize agency resource allocation and capacity
- Maintain project scope integrity and proactively manage changes
- Develop accurate project estimates and scopes of work
- Oversee and manage project budgets for efficiency and profitability
- Coordinate client communications, approvals and revisions
- Facilitate internal traffic reviews and quality assurance processes
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of project files
- Manage billing processes for completed work and retainers
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and production partners
- Participate in weekly pipeline and resource planning meetings
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools and efficiencies
- Contribute to status reporting and operational planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, PR, Business or related field
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated, multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong understanding of creative, digital and production workflows
- Proficiency in Mac operating systems
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Experience with Workamajig or comparable project management software
- Experience managing budgets, scopes and estimates
- Familiarity with Hub Spot, Word Press, Mailchimp or other CMS/marketing tools
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and production partners
