- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Trade school or fabrication training is a plus
- Previous fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Select appropriate materials based on project requirements
- Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials to required dimensions
- Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drill presses, and hand tools
- Assemble parts and components according to detailed instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Communicate effectively to resolve manufacturing and production issues
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

As a Fabricator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
