Location: Lafayette, LA
$12.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Looking for Warehouse Box Assembler jobs in Lafayette where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently. In this role, you'll help prepare seasoning products for shipment by assembling cardboard boxes, packing products, sealing cartons, and ensuring orders are ready to leave the warehouse.
You'll work in a fast-paced production environment while following safety and quality standards to keep operations running smoothly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
- Previous warehouse or production line experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Assemble cardboard shipping boxes for seasoning products
- Tape the bottoms of boxes using a handheld tape dispenser
- Pack 6-pack or 12-pack seasoning containers into boxes
- Seal completed boxes and prepare them for shipment
- Maintain quality and accuracy while packaging products
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
- Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Box Assembler.

- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
