Sales Marketing Coordinator

Acadian Kitchens LLC, is seeking a skilled & motivated SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR based at our HQ in Lafayette, LA. We produce and market a wide variety of products for the retail grocery, mass, club, ecommerce and food service markets including seasonings, sauces, seasoned beans, box dinners, dry mixes, breading and jalapenos under our 2 flagship brands:
Ragin’ Cajun & Cajun’s Choice™. This is an exciting & unique opportunity for the right candidate to build a real CONSUMER PACKAGED GOODS (CPG) SALES & MARKETING career. The right candidate must be very diligent, task & timeline oriented, efficient, resourceful, practical, detail oriented, hard-working, trustworthy, tech-savvy, personable, friendly, practical & also creative. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and quickly handle a wide variety of daily customer and business.

• Brand Marketing & Media:
  Broad variety of marketing & digital media tasks & initiatives including marketing materials, Powerpoint, Social Media Graphics/Video & Engagement Initiatives, Website Development & Management, Email Marketing, Google Ads/SEO, Ratings/Reviews, Amazon Content, Retailer Website Content & Reviews, Management of Digital Assets Online (i.e. Dropbox, Supplier & Customer Portals), Merchandise/Gift Set Development, Management of Marketing Budgets other Sales & Marketing Material Development
• Social Media:
  Creating daily content for Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube. Comfortable being on camera & cooking
• Manage external Marketing Agencies & All Paid Media Channels/Vehicles
• Creative & Graphic Design:
  Coordinate new packaging and artwork approvals, implementation, design and development following Brand & FDA guidelines
• Organized communication & file management as needed with agencies & packaging suppliers
• Ecommerce Growth:
  Grow  &  Sales, SEO & Traffic
• Email:
  Build email database for promotional outbound email campaigns
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO), ChatGPT Relevance & Content Development
• Assist in development of with presentations and proposals of pricing, products and promotions to customers
• Explore and evaluate sales & expansion opportunities for the company & team
• Develop in-store and online marketing including promotions, ads, displays, new item launches of POP material.
• Organized, detail-oriented, persistent, fast and diligent follow up with team & customers on a daily basis
• Analytical abilities to summarize data into simple insights and opportunities to drive sales
• Professionally represent the company and brands at trade events, demos and food shows
• In-market pricing surveys & basic understanding of financials, math & pricing
• Customer Service:
  Process phone, ecommerce & email orders as needed. Build relationships with smaller accounts.
• Daily administrative functions including preparation and shipment of sales samples to customers, production of sales and marketing materials, general customer service, new customer leads and internal file management

• Education & Experience:
  
  Bachelor's degree from 4 year university + 1-4 years experience in Sales or Marketing
• Travel: within the US as needed & Valid driver’s license with background check
• Technology: proficiency in all Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
