S1 Technology is seeking a MARKETING SPECIALIST - a hands‑on creator who can shoot, design, write, and ship. You will own day‑to‑day brand execution across photo, video, design, the website, social, and PR so leadership can stay focused on growth. S1 is a two‑time Inc. 5000 MSP (#1,068 in 2025, #1,015 in 2026) and Lafayette's highest‑rated IT provider. We need someone who can make that story visible.

• Plan, shoot, and edit photography and videography for events, client testimonials, team spotlights, and campaigns into polished, on‑brand assets.
• Design digital and print materials (social graphics, sales collateral, email templates, presentations, event signage) that match S1's brand and voice.
• Maintain and improve  on Wix: page layout, content updates, SEO/AEO basics, and light troubleshooting so the site stays accurate, fast, and on‑brand.
• Build and run a social content calendar (Linked In and Meta first; other platforms as needed): captions, scheduling, engagement, and reputation growth.
• Draft PR materials (press releases, media pitches, award submissions, community and event announcements) that raise S1's visibility in Louisiana and beyond.
• Partner with leadership and technical teams to turn service offerings, client wins, and company news into clear marketing content.
• Track performance across web, social, and campaigns; refine what works; report results simply.
• Support client events, trade shows, and community sponsor ships with photo, signage, and promo materials.

• Demonstrated photography and videography experience: shooting, lighting, and editing for web and social.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or Affinity equivalents, plus Canva; strong layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• Experience updating or maintaining websites (Wix preferred; Word Press or similar CMS ok), with basic HTML/CSS comfort.
• Hands‑on business social media: content planning, scheduling tools, and engagement tracking.
• Strong writing, including press releases, pitches, or other PR materials.
• Organization to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping quality.
• Ability to translate technical or industry language into clear content for a business audience.
• A portfolio that shows photography, videography, and design work (required).

• Marketing experience in an MSP, IT services, cybersecurity, or B2B technology environment.
• Familiarity with SEO/AEO, Google Analytics / Search Console, or paid social.
• Experience with email and CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Degree or formal training in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.

• Location: Onsite Lafayette, LA (candidates outside of this geographical area WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED).
