Full-time position - FULL-TIME DAYS OR NIGHTS

What You'll Do:

* Deliver hands-on nursing care to patients with complex medical needs

* Work closely with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support personalized care plans

* Monitor patient status, administer medications and basic treatments, and accurately document care

* Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting recovery and long-term well-being

* Ensure care is provided in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

* Active LPN license in Louisiana or compact state

* 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred

* BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire

* Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care

* Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
