Registered Nurse - Med/Tele

TRS Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse who is licensed to work in LA and has Med/Tele experience. The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to Med/Tele patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures.
• Monitor patient health status, document observations, and communicate changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to regulatory and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements Include:

• RN Registered Nurse License/Certification
• 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 1 year of recent experience specializing in Med/Tele
• Current Registered Nurse license to work in the state of LA
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
