The LPN Clinic is responsible for providing patient care following established standards and practices. The LPN assists physicians, nurses, and staff with the daily coordination of patient care and patient access. Duties include coordinating patient flow, scheduling appointments, procedures, tests, and referrals. The LPN may serve as a preceptor for clinical staff, rely on guidelines to accomplish tasks, and exercise some experience and judgment to complete the job.

The position works under general supervision and may lead and direct the work of others within scope of practice.

• Education – Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Special Skills – Proficient in the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills and computer skills.
• Licensure – Current Louisiana License as LPN and BLS certification.
