What You’ll Do:

Follow a full panel of hematology/oncology patients in a busy outpatient setting
Conduct treatment visits, follow-ups, and some new patient assessments
Coordinate care for patients with complex co-morbidities
Manage infusion therapies in outpatient infusion suite with 16 chairs
Collaborate with one full-time and one part-time physician, and other staff
Work until all chemo/biotherapy is completed each day
Rotate call on Saturdays from 8 AM to noon approximately once every 3 months

What You Need:

Active NP license in Louisiana
3-5 years of Hematology/Oncology experience
Strong coordination and patient management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
