Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Key Responsibilities (Urology Clinic)
Direct Patient Care:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Patient Education and Support:
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, post-hospital care, and treatment plans, while providing emotional and psychological support

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate patient records, document care services, and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team

Collaboration:

Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
